India (307 & 192/5) beat England (353 & 145) by 5 wickets in the fourth Test on Monday in Ranchi. For India, Rohit Sharma scored 55 while Shubman Gill scored 52* runs. For England, Shoaib Bashir scalped three wickets. With this win, India have gained an unassailable 3-1 lead over England in the five-match series. This is England’s first Test series loss in the Bazball era.

The cracks are so big that you can lose a pen in there. England need to hit these cracks consistently. But the middle part of the pitch is still good and the ball is not misbehaving, reckon Graeme Swann and Deep Dasgupta.
